Amita
Amita has worked in the development sector for almost 2 decades with organizations in the space of child rights, promotion of philanthropy and livelihoods. Amita’s interests include work that addresses issues affecting women and children and building financial sustainability in the non - profit sector.
Durba Ghose
Durba Ghose, Director ,is the Co-founder of Mittika, and started with the field of Education over two decades ago. She was the Director-Communications at Pravah, and a Co-Founder and Executive Board Member at Commutiny – The Youth Collective (CYC), a national organization incubated by Sir Ratan Tata Trust and Pravah. In the course of her career, Durba has worked intensively on behaviour-change communication, curriculum design and training, arts education, grants management as well as development and management of a number of programs in areas of youth participation, social entrepreneurship, gender, performing arts and education.
